This tutorial reviews the issues in managing labour in women who experience an intrauterine fetal death. It will give you an insight into co-existent pre-pregnancy risk factors that may predispose to clinical challenges. On completion of this tutorial, you should have a better understanding of intrauterine fetal death. You will be capable of devising a specific management plan for women in labour to minimise risk to them.
